There is no perfect ending. There is no perfect beginning. There is no perfect in between. There is only the occasional moment(s) that we accept and enjoy, that we feel is perfect for us. Beyond this, the perfection that we constantly strive for will always remain outside of our grasp and aspiration.
There is no perfection in life without the balance of up and down, joy and pain, in and out, or light and dark. In this, we can glimpse the universe’s definition of perfection, not our limited hope for things to go perfectly according to our personal plans and desires. The universe’s measure of perfection is nothing like our own.
So, let’s get on with walking through the moments we are given, rarely by our choice. How we react to the moments will define what is within us and all that we truly believe ourself to be. We will see what guides us, whether that be love or fear. We will see what surrounds us, whether that be a radiant energy or an insecure and uncertain energy.
We decide whether we will radiate, hide, wallow, glow, love, destroy, build, or be kind. But start with accepting the fact that we do not need to be perfect.
